Ask about classic burgers, cocktails and musics you will find it at Hard Rock Cafe Penang. Talk about Hard Rock, they are now on a sizzling tour of global spices! Introducing Hard Rock Cafe Penang new limited time offer Smoke Fire and Spice!
It has a mixture spices coming from all around the globe, the combination which makes it special.
With three selections of protein served on a warm skillet with bed of roasted vegetables and naan bread, sesame slaw and Monterey Jack Cheese served on the side.
Shrimp Skewers (RM 65.00 nett). Shrimps are perfectly grilled with freshness. I don't take shrimps because I may have an allergic towards it, but I made an exception for this one.
Grilled Beef (RM 67.00 nett) for beef lovers, this is a perfect selection for you all.
Grilled Chicken (RM 50.00 nett) For those who don't prefer beef, but you would want meat, you have a choice of chicken. 
Served with Naan Bread, Sesame Slaw, Monterey Jack Cheese and roasted vegetables on the side.
Available Sauces at Hard Rock Cafe Penang are -
- Kalbi (Korea) - a sweet and savoury duet of soy and ginger, Korean barbecue flavour at its finest
- Charmoula (North Africa) - a little flavour dance of cilantro, garlic, lemon and a shake of red pepper
- Yakitori (Japan) - a fresh take on an Asian vibe with soy and Sze chuan Pepper
- Chimichurri (Latin America) - a tangy mix of parsley, cilantro, basil, garlic and black pepper
- Piri piri (South Africa) - a scorching mix of chilli peppers
- Chicken Char Siu (China) - a sweet mix of soy cause, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, star anise, ginger and chinese five spices
My personally favourite are Kalbi (Korea) , Piri Piri (South Africa) and Chimichurri (Latin America)
After a delicious dinner, there's always a space for dessert. Thank You Hard Rock Penang! I mad love this brownies a lot! Not a sweet tooth kind a person, but brownies are always love especially this one in Hard Rock Cafe Penang.
